CARDILLO ( FILIPHINO )
1 noss ikan siakap ( cut into strip / finger )
2 tbsp oil
½ cup water
2 clove garlic chop
½ noss onion ring
2 tbsp chop onion
1 noss fresh tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 noss egg yolk
Seasoning
CARA MEMBUAT :
- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, tomato paste dan sedikit air. Simmer dan sehingga tomato hancur.
- Masukkan egg yolk,air ,kacau sebati dan seasoning.
- Masukkan isi ikan.
- Jangan masak ikan terlalu lama,kerana ikan mudah hancur.
